We are now rid of our timeshare and all those horrible maintenance fees, which were about 2,000 dollars per year, plus we owed money on the timeshare itself with a payment of about 700 dollars a month. Working with this lawyer was a nightmare. Mitch was extremely unprofessional, untrustworthy, non-communicative, and uncaring. He "worked" on my case for over four years with no results to show for it. He put little time and effort into my case, and failed to get me out of my timeshare contract. He then lied about it to cover up his lack of effort, going so far as to present me with an official "Time Share Exit" certificate typed up by his office (this was not the case and I am still currently stuck in my timeshare). All around horrible experience...find someone else to represent you!
