I was involved in a clear no fault, no contest car accident. I thought I was doing the right thing by getting legal protection, but it took over 2 years to get settlement and I realized only during the process that I would have made out much better if I had dealt with the guilty party and their insurance company directly.

I was referred by a local attorney where I live. He said this law firm is one of the best in the state. Wellllll... I beg to differ! I called as a new Potential client explained what happened. I was told someone would be reaching back out to me shortly. Eight hours later and no phone call. I then reached out to them. They told me that the case was denied for them to accept it perand that I would be receiving an email of explanation of why they couldn't take the case.. I told them of my grievance of how unprofessional they are the communication is horrible. And explained to them that I was going to leave reviews as such. The gentleman, on the other end, then proceeded to say. Let me see if I can get an attorney to explain to you. What was going on. I held on the phone for twenty minutes and still no one came to the phone. Absolutely unprofessional!

After contacting Richard Harris law firm on July 29, 2015, they agreed to take my case after I was on vacation at the Rio and slipped and fell into someone elses vomit, and injured my left ankle, and lower back. I had pictures of everything that happened, and also three witnesses not to mention I was on the hotel video. I was contacted by Attorney Garnet Beal 10 months later to tell me he would no longer represent me and that he could give me a referral to another attorney.
