I WISH TO RECOGNIZE DENNIS KONNER, JOE MASCIA, AND JOHN POPIN AS GREAT SERVICE PROVIDERS. THEY ALSO PROVIDE GREAT VALUE.
Paul is a smart, diligent, client-focused attorney who takes the time to understand his client's business and priorities, resulting exceptional and cost-effective results.
Duane Morris provided excellent legal assistance with acquiring a trademark on our logo and name. They have very intelligent people working for them.
One thing I look for in all advisors is prudence related to creating work and driving up expenses. I was clear in my communications with Mrs. Barkley that I did not want to proceed unless we had a strong chance of winning concessions - Mrs. Barkley always told me that we should press on. In the end, Mrs. Barkely didn't even show up for our hearing so could not see that we did not win a single concession. Instead, all I ended up with was a massive legal bill: 2-star experience for a 4-star price.
Thomas Sankey is the managing partner and a board member at Duane Morris LLP, and he managerially oversaw a case in which ethics were not just ignored — they were trampled. Despite being informed of material misconduct by his firm’s team and direct conflicts involving their client’s leadership, Sankey refused to take action or respond to warnings. I’ve since filed a formal Bar complaint against him, citing failure to supervise and violation of ethical duties. This isn’t speculation — it’s backed by court filings, regulatory agency involvement, and media outreach. If you're expecting integrity from the top, look elsewhere.
I dealt with Corey Weideman while representing myself as a Pro Se plaintiff. I raised several direct ethical concerns to him — including misrepresentation of contract terms and material omissions in filings — which he ignored completely. Rather than engaging in any meaningful resolution, Corey stayed silent and doubled down on defending a client facing clear regulatory violations. He was also notified of conflicts involving the client’s executive and failed to disclose or correct them. A formal Bar complaint has been filed and is currently under review. Every claim I’ve made is documented in public court filings and correspondence. If ethics matter to you, be careful.
Re: Hon Richard Seabolt. I filed a complaint with the judicial council regarding seabolt due to his inappropriate behavior in family court. He was moved out of family court shortly there after. allegedly he gave legal advise to the opposing party and refused to fully disclose the ex parte communications .
Beware of Mrs . Marsha Madorsky she will try and prolong your case and will charge you for the air you breathe. Unfortunately she was assigned by the court to a case that involved my children and it took her years to solve it . Years of incessary charges . She was very well paid by my family and would not stop charging even after being advised in writing that we would not continue to pay. Then she threatened me! She is very rude and very unprofessional and obsviosly a not solution oriented PA.
She and her colleagues messed up my case severely. Very unfriendly. No solutions, very expensive and a whole messed caused by their firm.
