They always returned my calls maybe not when I called as he would be in court but he always called back and gave me my time when I was upset or confused! Alot of email communication which also works for me! Donn showed up to Court helped resolve issues before seeing Judge Harter! He was professional and although he had been at a Court case prior to mine he was well prepared and ready for me! Best Price in Town and worth more!
Mr. Prokopius is very professional. He is passionate about his work and that really shows during arguments in court. An amazing attorney.
Stay away from his law firm. he only see you when you pay him .does not do any work for your case at all. you have two call his assistant
and follow up . or you will not know whats going on they do not stay on top of their cases with their paperwork. which the court fine him extra fees for his mistakes and he Lies to you to pay for it.he keep redirect you to go different ways which causes you more money he set a flat fee in the beginning which is not all the fees.you will screw you.
Communication was poor. His paralegal did not kept me up to date on my case. He never returned my phone calls. After the trial, I had to follow-up for my court records since he failed to do so. The paperwork was not submitted until I brought this up 3 months later. My experience with him is that he took my money (paid him in advance) and did the bare minimum to represent me. He did not represent my best interest.
