Hired Attorney Craig Kenny

In order to expand and market his services, this law firm offers the services of handling basic traffic violation tickets gratis with the expectation that more business will be generated as a result of the client's needs. The tickets for the most part are either dismissed by the judge for very minor complaints and for moving offenses are usually converted to non-point infractions involving a nominal fee to the courts.

She is very personal with a great personality. If she would send monthly status reports that would satisfy most of my complaints. In addition her assistant if very lax in returning phone calls. I recommended to the firm that they send monthly status reports to their clients but I have not heard any feedback. The just don't know how to treat their clients as human beings.

I had a car accident many months ago and I have only heard from them twice. The case isn't closed yet ,therefore, I cannot judge their final performance. I don't even know if they are still on the case.
