I used his firm's service twice, and both times I had been taking care of really good. Yet I can't say I felt that friendly service; just too professional and on the fast lane.

Poor communication, failure to return phone calls, failed to search for all options to repair my car or pay for injuries.

taking way too long and not at all happy with outcome at this point. No information at all I have to call to get any details on my case.

I never met the attorney, only paralegals & assistants. My case was transferred to a different law firm for litigation which wasn't any better. They didn't always return phone calls, & settled my case without contacting me except to sign the final papers. My car repair wasn't completed & they settled for the bare minimum because the insurance limit was reached. No one suggested using my own under-insured coverage for additional repairs.

His team of professionals were nice, but they were always having issues with my file. Out of $130k possible, I only got less than $35k. The worst part is that the doctors that they sent me to still have not received payment from the case even though the case settled over a year ago. The doctors came after me even though Kutner's office had the money from the settlement to pay them and now my credit has been affected cause of this.

This is the worst law firm I've ever worked with. My case was settled the end of January 2025 and I'm still waiting to find out how much Money I'm getting. All they give me is a bunch of BS Excuses it took 4 months for them to get my medical records and I had to Go actually pay for it out of my own pocket and send it to them. Because they didn't know how to convert US Dollars to Canadian dollars. I have no idea how they could have any rating above 1. From what I dealt with, I would never recommend this law firm and I'm still waiting, and it's the middle of September.

Adam Kutner and Lisa Robinson EMBEZZLES money, falsifies documents and violated HIPPA LAWS AND FEDERAL LAWS. They need to go to jail. I have documentation proof of their crimes. They lie, they won't communicate with you. Read all the 1 star reviews you'll see for yourself. They were even taken to State bar for bribery and holding employees against there will all documented and in the Review Journal and paid people off. They violate people's CIVIL RIGHTS!!

I caught them lying about how much my insurance was getting paid, they were going to take a additional $1300 from me until I told them I was verifying with my insurance they got the money. They then decided instead of the 33.39 I agreed to that they were going to charge me 35% as a “legal” way of recouping that money. They initially waived the $400 case cost and then decided to raise that to $600 to take more of the stolen $1300. I read on google that they’ve done this to others. A investigation by the CIA AND FBI and NEVAD BAR into their offices need to be done. They hid a 35% retainer fee in their contract but only spoke about 33 1/3, they sent me signature that I don’t recognize as my own it look like someone tried real hard to forge my signature. I always sign a certain way and these signatures almost resembled but made a huge mistake. If you hired them you might be owed money. LOOK IN TO IT. They can’t be trusted with our money. They think it’s theirs and they deserve 35%

This law office is horrible! I had to call them and ask for updates nearly every week because no one called me. When I questioned the settlement they simply tried to short me until I did my own work contacting medical records for fees then after informing them they acted like they did their due diligence and found it for me. Ridiculous. Don't waste time here. I was the third party in an accident completely blindsided by two other cars crashing and they act like they're the only knowledgeable people of this case. I can't even write a Google review because they have them blocked. Dishonest and incompetent. Lisa, the office manager tried to excuse her words to me by saying she's been there 5 whole years. Please don't bother here.

I was the victim of a hit and run with a drunk driver. Being new to Las Vegas, I checked with friends for an attorney referral. I was referred to Kutner and Assocs. the individual (secretary? paralegal? case manager?) handling my case was non-responsive for months at a time. The vast majority of the work they did on my behalf was done incorrectly. I have never in my life been less happy with a professional services firm. They are a marketing operation, not a law firm. I caution you in the strongest possible manner, do not trust your issue to Kutner and Assocs.
