I hired Rhonda R. Kunkel for a probate matter. She was johnny on the spot answering all my question (when I was paying her). But when the case was over, well I thought it was over I removed her as counsel. My brother signed a quit claim deed and put our deceased mother home in his name, excluding me out. I called sent emails and left voice messages begging for her help. She failed to respond to any of my cry's for help. I spend thousands of dollars with her. and I will have to spend more money to get this matter rectified
After one meet, she failed to return call. No strength to litigate. She only wants to do what is ordered despite judge not reading the entire case. Therefore, allowed judge to order fines against what Michigan probate law states. Beware and really ask the tough questions. She is not a fierce attorney. Very disappointed and wasted money.
