Working with Wendy Chan was a great experience after interviewing many lawyers. We needed someone who knew the legality of a very difficult case that was placed in front of her. Our case was out of the ordinary and she tackled it with the greatest of knowledge and professionalism. I can’t say enough about Wendy and her staff. I would highly recommend Wendy for any custody cases. Her and her team are highly professional and friendly. Wendy does not bs you, she will tell you how it is. She’s great at getting the point across and is very organized. My advice is to listen to what she has to say and trust her. She’s definitely a lawyer that knows what’s she’s doing.

Wendy is awesome and a fighter! First, she took my case when others would not. She did what others didn't do: she listened to my story. She asked some tough questions, and it's critical to tell the whole story, even the not-so-good parts. She is honest, clear and direct, but also empathetic and caring. Some of her advice was tough to swallow, but I followed it and am so thankful I did. She is very thorough, knowledgeable, and experienced. Every time opposing counsel fired a shot, she aggressively shot back x10. She went head to head with a very experienced and accomplished attorney and backed him down. As a corporate executive involved in a number of legal issues, I know there's no guarantee of winning in court. I had little confidence I could win my case before I met with Wendy. She was confident! While we did win, I'd be writing the same review if we'd lost, because Wendy and her staff went over and above what I imagined in the pursuit of justice. I'd give 6 stars if I could!

She is pricey but you get what you pay for!! Worth every penny!! Watching her in court destroying my ex was the best!!!! She had her binders of exhibits all tabbed and ready to go. My ex and her attorney were blown away!!!!!!!! The lady at the courthouse recommended her and boy, hiring her was the best thing I did.
