We limit our practice to injury law in order to best serve our clients. The focus of our practice is on representing people who have suffered catastrophic injuries, such as brain damage, amputations, nerve damage or death, due to someone else's wrongful conduct, whether such conduct arose in the context of medical malpractice or professional malpractice, an unsafe construction site, a defective product, dangerous premises, an auto accident, a tractor-trailer accident, a motorcycle accident ... or any of the countless other ways in which people are injured through no fault of their own.

A few years ago I was lost for words when it came to trusting doctors with medication etc. I ran into a few issues that continuously until this day, I am afraid to take medicine prescribed by doctors. I was told to seek professional help to resolve the issue. after searching for a laywer for a few months I ran into Mr kennett who then chose to represent me. I explained my case. He accepted. He was very respectful and understanding. To others my situation would seem small but to me he understood the value of the concern I expirenced. I trusted him to do all he can and I also trusted his judgement ! I would highly recommend him to anyone who is in need no matter how small the situation maybe . His co employees were also very sweet and kind and understanding. We did win the case I didn’t have to do trial but He did the best that he could for me ! I was very pleased and satisfied !

Jennifer Kline’s name was given to me for what I thought was a wrongful termination case. That case became a workers compensation case. From the first meeting I was impressed and at that time she showed compassion and believed me and my story. Every time I had a question, she responded in a very timely manner. When explaining the process of my case she hit it right on the money. I found her to be honest and knowledgeable. When I felt Ill at ease about something she always made me feel better and told me not to worry, that she would worry.Highly recommend.

4 years ago I was in a terrible car accident that was not my fault. It was so severe that I had a broken femur along with several other injuries. After I was discharged from the hospital, I was in search of a lawyer and called a few different ones. Ted was the only lawyer who actually drove all the way to my house in Maryland to give me a free consultation. He was so helpful and explained the entire process to me. The past 4 years him and his paralegal Anya were absolutely wonderful! They feel like family to me!

We were referred to Ted for a wrongful death from our lawyer. During the whole time he would communicate the progress of the case .COVID put a strain on the court system but made sure we were aware he was still working on the case. When the time came to settle he was very informative and we were able to trust his judgement . We were able to have a positive outcome over a very upsetting situation. We would highly recommend Ted and his office to help you through any tough situation because without his help we would have been lost.

We were referred to Ted by another law firm, which, to me, spoke highly of his expertise and qualifications. My husband was hit by a car, as a pedestrian, so I assumed that the driver's insurance would naturally have to cover his medical costs-And there were many. I was very thankful to pointed in the direction of hiring an attorney, specifically, Ted Kennett, to help me understand the law in PA, and weed through the mess of dealing with both insurance companies. The case was actually settled rather quickly and were received the limits of both insurances. Very thankful to have followed advise of others.
