I was looking for an attorney to update an old will and selected him from the internet. Prior to our first meeting, he sent me a questionnaire to complete, which provided him an idea of what I was trying to achieve. I had some special conditions that I wanted to incorporate in the will. Andrew came across as a friendly, professional and concerned lawyer and from the start I had confidence in is ability. He reviewed the pros and cons of a will and then briefed me on how a trust might be a better solution for my specific circumstances. I trusted his knowledge and judgement and advised I would like a trust prepared instead of a will. When we met the first and subsequent time, he demonstrated his concerns about the Covid-19 and ensured social distancing was practiced.
My wife and I needed to update our estate plan, and Andrew provided us with options that we hadn't been advised about from our previous lawyer. Andrew created an estate plan for us that included wills, trusts, and medical directives that was vastly better than our previous estate plan. In our discussions with Andrew, he was always very professional, knowledgeable, courteous, respectful, and friendly, and we were treated as valuable clients.
