Prior to our first meeting, he sent me a questionnaire to complete, which provided him an idea of what I was trying to achieve. I had some special conditions that I wanted to incorporate in the will. Andrew came across as a friendly, professional and concerned lawyer and from the start I had confidence in is ability. He reviewed the pros and cons of a will and then briefed me on how a trust might be a better solution for my specific circumstances. When we met the first and subsequent time, he demonstrated his concerns about the Covid-19 and ensured social distancing was practiced.
