if i needed to have a hearing i think he would have been good.but he didn't do what i asked him to do. i just wanted him to handle paperwork for me. he quoted 1500.I paid the retainer 2500.went to mediation and thought it would go to court and i paid 2500 more but then it got settled the next day and he kept 5000 for doing paperwork and attending a mediation when he quoted me 1500 claiming he spent 28 hours on my case. and he won't return phone calls or email.
