The firm of Miles and Parrish, P.A. was formed in 2012 to provide personalized representation to individuals who have been injured or discriminated against through no fault of their own and need professional assistance to secure the benefits, both medical and indemnity, to which they are entitled by law. Having practiced in a large firm for years, Laurie Thrower Miles and Todd N. Parrish joined together to establish a law firm providing the personal attention needed to best meet their clients' individual needs following an injury. When you hire Miles and Parrish, P.A. to represent you, we will personally handle your case. There won't be the merry-go-round of different lawyers or paralegals handling your case as you might find with a bigger firm. More importantly, we recognize that each client's needs are different, but each client deserves to be treated with the dignity and respect he or she needs at the time it is needed most. Hired Attorney Todd N. Parrish

I provided Todd with all the copies he needed from all the Doctors involved. He dragged it out months longer than necessary and blamed it on the psychiatrist's report when I know it had been in his office for 2 months. I know there was poor communication between Todd and his law clerk/paralegal, and Todd did reduce monies charged for the law clerk's services. However, due to the length of time it took for the closure of the claim, I believe Todd should have reduced his percentage.
