The firm of Miles and Parrish, P.A. was formed in 2012 to provide personalized representation to individuals who have been injured or discriminated against through no fault of their own and need professional assistance to secure the benefits, both medical and indemnity, to which they are entitled by law. Having practiced in a large firm for years, Laurie Thrower Miles and Todd N. Parrish joined together to establish a law firm providing the personal attention needed to best meet their clients' individual needs following an injury. When you hire Miles and Parrish, P.A. to represent you, we will personally handle your case. There won't be the merry-go-round of different lawyers or paralegals handling your case as you might find with a bigger firm. More importantly, we recognize that each client's needs are different, but each client deserves to be treated with the dignity and respect he or she needs at the time it is needed most. I talked with 2 other law firms, one was Morgan and Morgan, and both said that they could not help me. Mrs Miles took my case and fought the workers comp carrier to secure 3 surgeries as well as many other benefits such as PTD. When I had any questions over these many years, she was always quick to answer. She knows the Florida workers comp laws inside and out, no workers comp carrier will ever put anything over on her. I was paid Permanent Total Disability benefits for 9 years and recently settled my workers comp case, none of which would have been possible without the help and determination of Mrs Miles.

Hired Attorney Todd N. Parrish

Mr. Parrish, from day 1 handled my case with the upmost professionalism, respect, relentless hard work and attention to details from him and his staff towards me and my case at all time. Mr. Parrish did not skip a beat protecting my legal rights. Hired Attorney Laurie Thrower Miles

Sometimes, you meet someone who changes your life. Laurie represented me in a workers compensation case. She provided guidance and a step by step map of all of the proper procedures. She answered every question, returned every call and prevailed every step of the way. Her guidance calmed my nerves and her expertise was second to none. My case is finished, my life can begin again. Mrs. Miles has been my workers compensation attorney for 10 years. She is a wonderful, caring, person as well as a fantastic lawyer!! She TRULY cares about her clients. She works very hard to make sure her clients get the benefits they deserve. I am very appreciative to her for the help she has given me. When you are hurt, can't work, need medications, bills piling up and don't know what to do...do what I did and call Mrs. Miles, it will be the best thing you have ever done for yourself!

Hired Attorney Laurie Thrower Miles

Laurie is the finest lawyer I have ever had for my personal use. I grew up in a family of lawyers, all Harverd grads and Laurie was every bit there equal. She was always prepaired and had all the answers. Lawyers she faced seemed to be afraid of her and would rather be anywhere other than facing her in court. Guy Smith turned my wife's case over to Laurie and turned my case over to Laurie as well, and I am very grateful for that. She accomplished all I could have hoped for.

I'm impressed! I was always able to get through to my attorney or received a call back as soon as she was back in the office. I loved that I was able to get my questions answered right away rather than waiting until my next appointment. The paralegal were friendly and helpful. They were always on top of things. Hired Attorney Todd N. Parrish

Mr. Parrish is an excellent attorney. He is very knowledgeable in the law and when we went to my Unemployment Hearing, he knew the law backwards and forwards and cited cases that not even the mediator was familiar with. He won my case and allowed me to get the benefits that I was due and owing to help support me and my family. He was available to me by phone and in person when I need him and always willing to answer my questions or concerns. I would highly recommend him to anyone!
