Great lawyer
I went with my daughter seeking counseling on Divorce. Mr. McMann talked a good game but when it came time for hearing, he was completely unprepared & 40 minutes late to hearing. He did not represent the client and was good friends the opposing attorney. He said he would get child support, check pay stubs etc. and he did not follow through on anything.
When I retained Mark I told him right from the start that I had an extremely difficult custody case. The opposing council has been doing very unethical things and opposing party has used my son as a pawn in court due to not wanting to pay more in child support and the fact that he is a narcissist emotional abuser. Mark was my third attorney because of opposing council and once again opposing council has caused it again. Mark told me that he could handle my case and said it just seems like I had horrible representation before in the past as I was forced into a mediated parenting plan that gave the opposing party even more time with the child when the child didn't want overnights. He was very convincing saying that he would keep me updated on my case and put sanctions on the opposing party etc etc etc. When the going got tough he drops me as my lawyer today. I was being constantly harassed by my child's father and my son was verbally abused by his father during the time that Mark was sup
