Wonderful lawyer, really cares about his clients
Mr. Headley is a professional, caring and well informed attorney. He works with his brother Scott who is also upper crust in his legal endeavors. Together they form a well rounded and informed law practice.
Disorganized, not super smart, ego-driven bully who lost us our case by being unprepared. The only good that came out of working with his is that when we had a bigger issue come up, we knew not to hire him again.
Absolutely just in it for the money. Billed me for the initial conference (who does that?) Never provided phone logs for time billing or proof it was ever done. Poor communication and no sense of urgency. Would never recommend. Use your hard earned money at another law firm that won't rip you off.
Just took my friends retainer and did nothing he asked for. They do what they want and charge whimsical prices for it. Never use these attorneys, I warned him they had the worst reviews on here but he trusted them.
Headley Law are the WORST lawyers! See Better Business Bureau review. They have a C+ rating for good reason!!! If you want a reliable and conscientious lawyer, my advice is to stay far away from Headley Law!!
Headley seems like an affable guy, but he's all talk and no action. He lost our info countless times and kept asking us to submit the same stuff over and over. He never really understood our case. Talked a decent game but didn't pay attention or send us the materials he was supposed to send us. The judge told us that if Headley had prepared better, we would not have lost. His "cut rate" cost us a pile of money.
Sloppy and egotistical. Lets many things slip through cracks. Does not listen or pay attention; forms opinion and works from that instead. Also tries to "wing it" rather than really work for his client. Relies on blame rather than integrity.
