About Deborah Annette Carroll

Deborah attended the University of South Florida where she received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration in 1999. She graduated Stetson Law School with a Juris Doctor in 2002 and simultaneously graduated with a Masters in Business Administration that same year.

Deborah is an experienced family law and adoption attorney and is the executive director of Building Families Adoption Agency, handling adoptions throughout Florida.

Deborah is admitted to practice in all State Courts in Florida and has tried hundreds of family law and adoption cases throughout central Florida.

Provided good quality will and family estate planning. Follow-up and responsiveness could be improved, but calls to office are returned. She seems to prefer handing off routine issues to paralegal support.
