Leave a review about your experience with this lawyer.I met with three attorneys before selecting Elaine. I found excellent recommendations for her. Elaine’s fee is comparable with experienced and competent attorneys. Elaine was able to turn me totally around from what I thought would be a painful experience to what became a collaborative, low stress, fair, and timely result. She provided me with excellent representation and some tremendous life learning. I can highly recommend Elaine.
Ms. Elaine was very easy to work with and very professional throughout the entire process. She really listened and never made me feel rushed as this was a very stressful time. She worked hard until the divorce was agreed upon by both parties. She worked in a very professional manner to help resolve all matters peacefully. I highly recommend Ms. Elaine, and would not hesitate to use her again.
Empathetic and fierce defender of client interests, Elaine immediately understood my needs across a variety of dimensions. She educated me to the various processes available beyond litigious acrimonious separations. She helped me move my thinking and grow into a set of options that made my situation go from intractable and uncomfortable, to positive and hopeful. Her fees are standard, but she puts in the work necessary to earn them; really demonstrating her value.
She does not fight for her clients. If you want a "nice" lawyer who will give your soon to be ex husband a free rid on support payments-hire her. She negotiated a settlement that was bundled as a single support payment that after taxes left me with very little money. However it was a tax benefit to my soon to be ex husband. He walked away a happy man. I think she forgot which side she was supposed to be working for. DO NOT HIRE HER!!!!!!!!!!
