Hired Attorney

This guy is a POS. He will attempt to intimidate you, confuse you, and even trick you into going along with his recommendations, or should I say, the prosecutors recommendations. This guy has participated in a total of 3 preliminary hearings, which you might assume is a sign of an inexperienced attorney, but don't be fooled, this clown is a specialist, and is an expert at doing whatever he has to do to get you to plea bargain out at your pre-preliminary hearings and only 3 have successfully made it to their preliminary. If this clown is your representation, you can expect multiple pre-preliminary hearings, due to a never ending list of excuses to reschedule, reschedule, reschedule your pre-prelim (so they can continue to manipulate you into taking a deal, and preventing you from moving forward with the case). Your hearings will be on the 9:00am calendar, but you will not be heard until 1:30pm-2:00pm as they attempt to wear you down, so you will accept their "deal".

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*

• AV Preeminent®: The highest peer rating standard. This rating signifies that a large number of the lawyer’s peers rank him or her at the highest level of professional excellence for their legal knowledge, communication skills and ethical standards.
