Hired Attorney

I went to Mr.Buzzell at the last minute and had a consultation for a misdemeanor probation violation because my only offer was 1 yr jail after just completing a long term substance abuse facility .he led me to believe that I would not go to jail and I gave him $3000.He went to one court date and did not attempt to defend me but told me to accept offer.He totally misled me and put no defense into my case.

Hired Attorney

While being in jail with three charges, Steven buzzle did nothing but destroy my whole case or any chance of having a plea. He would ignore my phone calls, barely represent in court… But the worst part was when I was there Without an indictment served within the allotment time, buzzle straight lied to me and told me that I would be getting out on my next court date because of this. Yet when that day came, I left the court room with nine felony charges and looking at 15 years if I took it to trial. I told him I wanted to fire him multiple times and his response was that I was going to do what he wanted because he had a 78% victory rate when going to trial. I was rushed in and out of the court room with no time to voice my request to fire my lawyer. This man has no ethics.
