Hired Law Firm

I went to Stutes & Lavergne after an incident that occurred earlier this year that resulted in the loss of my daughter. They entered into a legally binding agreement, before I consented, that sought to relieve the at-fault party prior to confirming the liabilities I still had. When I requested clarification, they informed me of a $50K invoice from a medical provider they neglected to tell me. When I asked for further information, they terminated our relationship.

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.
