During my case, Cynthia had multiple personal issues arise. They became my problems and certainly affected the case due to the poor attorney client relationship. And it wasn't just me who was affected. I was in her office while she avoided calls from other clients who were in major ch. 11 bankruptcies, or she would answer and hang up on them because they were late filing something.
