The office staff was polite and Mr Klueck provided advise and information that I would never have thought of. I had to put the minimum amount of time into my case because the office did all the leg work and research. They reduced my stress level tremendously and I won!!
Mr. Klueck conducted himself in a professional manner, and advised me on options that were available to me and what the potential consequences of each action. He and his staff kept me well informed on the status of my case and were genuinely interested in helping me. His staff was always very professional and courteous.
Many problems over time: Consultation with him and his legal support was conflicting. They couldn't agree on approach, creating confusion with me as client. Ruling came down and I wasn't notified for over a week. They kept confusing me with another client, and told me my papers were in storage and I would have to pay a fee to have copies made. His lack of thoroughness (and relying on his legal assistant) created huge problems with my final court order.
