My experience with the law firm of Heidi Eglash is 100% positive. She came through for me and my family on multiple occasions, most notable of which involved a refusal by a hospital to deny surgery to my cancer-stricken mother, then 82 years old. A social worker and a hospital loss-control specialist had both cited what they thought was the law to deny Mom care. Heidi corrected them during two distinct instances, citing case law and other labyrinthine legal connections not commonly realized by those with no formal training in the law. Heidi’s good work helped get Mom the surgery she needed, which bought Mom another eleven years of life. Heidi also handled Mom’s estate, which involves state agencies. This concerns a new set of errors from state officials that Heidi is now tasked to correct. We had them prepare a Last Will and Testament, Transfer on Death Deed (part of the Will), and notarize our healthcare powers of attorney. We were quoted $250-350, it cost $550. It was a very simple will.
Working with cheryl was a nightmare. She didnt keep me up to date with details of my case. She wouldn't talk to me until a few days before court dates. Unwilling to try anything to help defendant in case, and worst of all as a person who suffers from mental illness cheryl showed no interest in helping me win and case and told me I have problems rather than being calm and trying to help work the case at hand. I would not recommend cheryl Marie gill to my worst enemy!
