Hired Attorney Timothy Elrod

I only recommend him if it is uncontested divorce and you make sure he don't forget you in court like he did me. He left and the judge had to bring him back in.

Not organized. Called & told case approved. Case pending over a year, not worked in over 2 years. Weeks after "approval" they call with sorry, we made a mistake not approved. My non medical approved but not medical.I said it's taken so long & I can't even put an appeal in as I am stuck in limbo for ever. Woman says, oh don't worry, if rejected we can help with the appeal. This from someone getting a paycheck, no idea what life is when you have nothing for years waiting. Out of touch,dont care.

My sister, Anna Lorenz hired OEB almost 10 years ago, and never received one dime. I put a review similar to this one about 2 year ago, and they finally responded to me. They said they tried to contact us, but couldn't get an accurate phone number. So, I sent them my sisters current phone number, not once but twice, about 4 months ago, and still haven't received a reply from them! I sincerely hope you don't hire this company!!!!

First attorney given my case was released from the practice 2 months after taking my case and my retainer fee. Every time I called they had no idea who I was and was put on hold or hung up on for over 2 years. When I finally stopped buying the excuses and began to show dissent my case slowly moved forward. I was so poorly represented in court and was made to sit through a grilling I was not physically able to manage I was shorted 2 full years of back pay. DO NOT RETAIN THESE PEOPLE.

I would not recommend this law form to anyone. There is no communications at all. They do not care able what happened to you. Nor do they try to get you any money for being servilely hurt at all. All they care able is that you are just another case number. Be smarter then I was please, don't use this law form.

Jason Baril was my attorney for a disability claim and a few weeks before we went to court he just quit! Did not call to tell me or send me a letter to tell me why he was quitting he just told SSA he was no longer representing me and to please remove his name from my records!
What a coward! Don't waste your time with these people they will leave you hanging out to dry alone!
