Gail Linscott Silva, P.A. is a law firm established in 1995 with an office in Kissimmee, FL. At this office location, there is 1 lawyer practicing family law, divorce, child support and 9 other areas of law.
I heard about Gail through word of mouth from multiple sources. The adjectives used were multiple and positive but most notable among them were: Tough (in the best way possible), Intelligent and The Best. I can sincerely say that everything i heard was accurate and true. Thanks to Gail and Diane, an absolutely lovely person that always made me believe that things would be OK, I confidently strode through a difficult situation that I could have never handled as astutely and confidently without them. As I stated in words in person, my sincerest and humblest thanks to Gail for her superb skill and service and to Diane for her professionalism, compassion and overall coolness!
Gail took her time and "LISTENED" to me. Gail read my introduction letter and requested information on my ward of the state where it seemed to me she was genuinely caring and completely understood my concerns. Gail was very professional in a warm and caring way, discussing and making sure I understood. I feel very fortunate to find such a caring person. Gail's office staff complements her business. I personally look forward to our Attorney/Client relationship.
Gail was great. She was able to help us with so many things that came up over the past year. Diana her secretary is great also. They were both able to answer questions and just plain help us when we were not sure about something.
Gail helped me through a very difficult divorce and not only took care of me but made sure that it was equitable to my husband who did not retain counsel.
She withdraws from clients cases when they point out how she is NOT filing what is needed what less in a timely manner. SHE ONLY WANTS $$$$$ It huge mistake using her. She does not care about her clients. Just delivers you to the court for her %.
Ms. Linscott has to be one of the worst attorneys in the United States of America. She didn't do the basic requirements needed by law. When I got another attorney, she said if she weren't reading the file herself directly from the court records, she wouldn't believe it. Ms. Linacott knew that I was being beaten on a regular basis, yet she never did anything. Finally I went to court and had a person at the court office help me. Ms. Linscott knew that my ex was violent against one of my children, and just said, "In Florida that's ok!" After, finally getting my ex out of the house, she was supposed to have made him continue paying the bills, instead she would foreward and bill that he received to me. She knew I was disabled and living on a fixed low income. She charged me $285 to interview my children, as to how much visitation time they wanted with their father. They both said, they wanted to keep it at the court order currently in effect. She laughed at them.
