He was a very good lawyer but I feel I was miss lead concerning a couple of things.
The law firm was ok I just did not like how long it took them to return a phone call and the secretary did not have a positive attitude.
asking for a second opinion often enough to piss me off, deadlines missed in compensation several times due to the incompetence of David Lopez . Big lack of representation, Matthew Bissette withdrew representation Oct. 27th… because I challenged there conflicting interests in my case… they acted as puppets for the insurance company, making sure I get railroaded by the detestable work comp system, and insurance lying doctor. lowered my chances of finding other representation and hurting my care… making me look bad is all these people do on both sides of the fence… do not hire this is a Mill for volume, they will boldly lie to your face!
This company is a JOKE. I filed for disability as I am young and have many many health ailments that make it impossible for me to work. Even when I had a cushy work from home job. Anyways the guy that took my case on assured me many many times that we would win. And if we didn't he would not give up. First off he was late to my hearing to I sat there for a solid 20 minutes unsure of what to even do. Then when he got there he wouldn't let my husband come into the room to talk about how this even worked, then the second it was denied he dropped my case and basically said good luck. I refuse to file an appeal. I would NOT reccomend them. I am super disapointed with the whole process and how un professional he was dressed as well as acted. He also filed my papers wrong as well and put the onset of symptoms WRONG. Even though I gave him all the correct info. He ruined it for me by saying I was sick since birth which is false. So they denied me and I struggle now cause he just dropped me.
