We retained this attorney for a mere speeding ticket. He told us he gets the rest of his money the day of court. He sent a letter to the court. No response. We have not heard from court for five months. Now he is calling us several times a day and harrassing us for his money. He is even pushing 'court' just to get his money when the court would have left the situation alone. Mitchell Spinac does not work in the best interests of his clients. He only works for himself. Never use this attorney.
