Divorce

Hired Attorney

This attorney has failed to file/submit anything for my divorce and it has been 5 years. She took my money and said she would file and didn’t. So far she has taken 1,500.00 to start the divorce and has done nothing. Our divorce is now contested because she has done nothing. I am still no closer to being divorced in 5 YEARS!! She gives every excuse she can as to why she hasn’t done anything. She doesn’t answer her phone or emails. She is literally the worst attorney I have EVER dealt with. Do NOT hire this attorney. I filed a grievance with Albany on her too and will be filing another one.

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*
