Although the initial consultation went well I was unable to speak with Mr. Juran unless I had a prior appointment. He also did not make an appearance at the bankruptcy hearing but sent someone I had no prior contact with to represent me.
The procedure went smoothly but I feel that I would have been more comfortable being able to contact him when I felt it was necessary.
My elderly father filed bankruptcy due to business issues in 2020 with this attorney. By end of Aug 2020, it was discharged. It is Oct 2021 and I am still dealing with the absolute mess made by this attorney due to his omission of extremely important information, incorrect answers when specifically asked and for all of his “don’t worry, it will be ok” speak. Best part? He then denied answers he put in writing via email to me, and when brought to his attention, we went completely ignored and were not able to obtain a consent from him in writing so that we would be able to start dealing with certain creditors to clean up his mess. Buyer beware.
A year after the divorce we had to get another attorney to resolve outstanding issues. At that time we found that the legal papers were poorly prepared. When I tried many times to contact mr Juran he never returned our calls. He had his secretary tell us he is no longer doing divorce cases.
