Keri helped me close my divorce back in 2017. I had a lawyer that never listened to me and did nothing I asked to get done. Keri went after money from my ex that my high over paid lawyer said was a waste of time going after. I didn't realize $35K was a waste of time going after. This woman ruined my sister’s life. She represented her in her divorce- her former husband had no attorney- and he walked away with everything. I hope karma has caught up with her- my sister has since passed away during Covid- largely from a very sad and undeserving outcome from her divorce settlement. All because of Kerri Marshall. Shame on her.
Keri Marshall withdrew from the NH Bar on January 31, 2022 in connection with the docketed matter alleging serious misconduct. The pleading has been sealed. LD-2021-0010. Brian Kenyon, an attorney at the Marshall Law office has also been harmed by Ms. Marshall’s total disrespect of the law by presenting herself to clients as an NH attorney and billing them as such. Mr. Kenyon was the only licensee attorney at the firm and failed to oversee the behavior of Ms. Marshall who was a paralegal. Both are embroiled with lawsuits for their continued fraud characterized as serious misconduct by the NH Supreme Court and the ADO.
