President and lead counsel for the Law Offices of Shawn B. Hamp, P.C. (An Arizona Professional Corporation), Mr. Hamp has practiced for over 19 years with an emphasis in criminal law. He has handled thousands of criminal cases and has represented hundreds of clients in the criminal justice system.

Mr. Hamp is an experienced trial attorney having been lead counsel in over fifty criminal jury trials. As private defense counsel, a majority of Mr. Hamp's cases resulted in total acquittals at trial. A vast majority of all cases resulted in dismissed counts, acquittals, or convictions on lesser included offenses.

As a former prosecutor, Shawn Hamp handled all types of criminal cases including, DUI/DWI, Drug, and Homicide cases. He brings his experience and dedication to serve those individuals in Northern Arizona accused of committing serious crimes.

Hired Attorney Mr. Shawn Hamp

I was very disappointed in my experience. They mishandled from the beginning to end. The didn't update the docs they filed which caused a lot of stress with me plus it caused an unnecessary trip and two day stay in AZ.( I live in NY- cost $800). I showed up to a court date I that they had filed paperwork that cancel the appearance But my biggest concern is with Shawn Hamp himself. Twice he told me that he was "frustrated" with me because I was asking questions. He needs emotional help..

Hired Attorney Ms. Virginia L. Crews

Virginia Crews did not return phone calls and only emailed me when absolutely necessary. She lost my case because she failed to file paperwork in time. I was advised by many people in AZ to file a legal malpractice suit against her, however I live in Maine and the case was in AZ. It was very hard for me to keep in touch with Virginia, she acted as though I was more of a hinderance than a client. I would not recommend this lawyer to anyone.
