They did not communicate with me very well regarding my case. I would have to contact THEM for updates on mine and my daughter's cases. Also I moved during the time Morgan and Morgan represented me and gave them my new address. To my shock and surprise they had mailed some of my sensitive case paperwork/information to my old address.

I have been satisfied with the services rendered by this firm , the only problem I have encountered with the firm is a lack of speed of responsiveness, which I believe is due to the large size of the firm and that they seem to be overwhelmed since they are one of the few firms left that represent the individual person, rather than the large insurance firms.

Morgan & Morgan should change its motto from “For the People" to "For Some of the People". My wife had a painful fall, requiring medical treatment, and her case was turned down without a reason other than a link to a site that was of no help.

Working with Harran always left us with questions! What should we do next? What are the next steps? What should we expect? Does he have our best interest in mind? Why don’t you know our current medical bill total? Why are we only pursuing one avenue of $ on our case and not the others. Why do you make us feel like a burden? And why do you treat us as less than?

MY SON WAS IN A HIT AND RUN ACCIDENT IN JULY OD 2021 MY LAWYER WAS OK ALTHOUGH HE DID NOT EVEN CALL ME UNTIL I SENT HIM AN EMAIL BUT HE WAS FINE BUT WHY I AM UPSET IS ONE OF THEIR EMPLOYEES SPOKE OF HIS CASE HOW IS THAT MY THOUGHTS ARE ITS A VIOLATION OF HIS PRIVACY NOW THIS MEANS TO ME THAT SHE LOOKED AT HIS MEDICAL RECORDS NOT GOOD I DID CALL MORGAN AND MORGAN AND THE LADY THAT ANSWERED THE PHONE SAID THERE WAS NO ONE HIGHER UP TO SPEAK WITH NOTHING WAS DONE

My lawyer was great at the beginning. Calling checking on me, letting me know where the case is at. That was 13months ago. About two weeks ago I was called and told that the initial offer was too low and explained that this is the end of the road and we are now in negotiations. That was a Thursday she said I'll get in touch with you by Monday. Well I have called emailed and texted everyday since at least once a day. NO RESPONSE at all. Then I leave a review on the main page and the "owner" gave me a generic response says she wants to help and call or email. Unfortunately she never left contact info and NO oNE at the intake office (the only people answering the phone) never heard of her. So now I don't know what to do. I'm lost and my bills have piled up since I. Unable to work rn. Please someone in the Boston office contact me

yeah they weren't very easy to get ahold of at times but usually returned calls within a week, there was alot of lack of communication with the Disability case,i didn't meet my lawyer till the day of the hearing for disability, but the Workman's Comp Settlement was somewhat better with communication back and forth and my lawyer mediated a settlement between the party and myself within reason
