I regret hiring this law firm. Because, the attorney, Ada didn't return my repeated phones calls, voice messages and emails, for two weeks. It was only after I called LegalSheild to contact her. Then Ada calls the same day. When , asked why she ignored my calls, she told me that she is like doctor. That she response to clients based on the importance of their cases. As a result, she told me that she was " sorry." And, even to this day, she owes me money that I paid in preparation to go to court. Which, she was reluctant to do. And we didn't. She told me that what the company that i sued offer as a settlement was fair. Which I disagreed.
It took weeks to get a response, and a process that was to take 4 months took over 6 due to things being ignored for months. When the attorney finally did reach out, she promised communication but I have heard nothing. Will never use this office for anything nor recommend them to anyone further.
