Have you consulted or hired this lawyer?
Leave a review about your experience with this lawyer.Did not inform me about developments in the case. Examples: The guardian engaged a psychologist for my alienated children. I found out through the guardian's invoice. I found out that mediation talks were progressing through my invoice. I found out that a second mediation was in the works through an invoice 3 months later, even though another is not required. Mediated agreement was never submitted as an order of the court. When the mother refused to follow the agreement we signed, she could not be held in contempt of court. I had to get a temporary hearing with a new lawyer, where I was finally able to get temporary custody and have this submitted as an order. The discovery period expired without filing for records, so the opposing counsel was able to block all attempts to get official school and medical records. 5 months of violations were not acted upon, and no longer qualified as an emergency. I had to wait for additional violations to get a temporary hearing.
