He talked a nice game on explaining what and how he would assist me. Took my retainer fee and when trying to obtain an update or ask questions about my case, he never responds. 6months after payment and he has not answered to any of my calls or emails. Poor communication skills, does not provide you with an update. The Texas state bar will be contacted including a grievance will be filled. Took money with zero services rendered. You have been warned, stay away from this lawyer.
I spoke with Blake and he was very friendly and knew what he was talking about. I signed paperwork and paid retainer and never heard from him again. Number seems to be blocked from his phone and won't respond to emails. Read the other 1 star reviews. They're the real ones.
Took retainer and never spoke to me again. Dry bad experience with him. Hired another lawyer that took care of it with no issues.
Spoke with Blake about a straightforward family case. He took retainer and disappeared.
I hired Blake to represent me in a family case. He seemed great at first. As soon as he got my retainer, he became unresponsive, never filed documents on my behalf, lied about filing the documents (which had a file by date or risk default judgement), never contacted the other attorney, never presented my case to the judge and generally did nothing hired to do. After the last2 weeks of no response to my calls, texts and emails, I terminated him and asked for my retainer back...still no response.
I hired Blake Allred to help me in a family court matter. He seemed professional and capable, told me he could help me, sent a contract and cashed my retainer immediately, and then never did what he was contracted to do, lied about having filed paperwork, paralegal wife also lied about the clerk being new and the filing taking weeks because of that, then they both disappeared, stopped returning calls and emails, took my money and delayed my case. He’s a thief.
