Howard M. Hughes is the Managing Partner of the Hughes Law Firm. Mr. Hughes represents Plaintiffs only in Personal Injury, Auto-Related Injury, Injuries related to Motorcycle Accidents, Trucking Accidents and Bicycle Accidents, as well as Wrongful Death, Products Liability and Premises Liability cases. Mr. Hughes has an extensive background in these types of cases. Mr. Hughes previously worked for, represented and defended numerous insurance companies, prior to devoting his practice to the representation of Plaintiffs only. Mr. Hughes' knowledgeable background in the insurance industry provides his clients with a competitive edge regarding issues surrounding litigation, mediation, jury trial and settlement negotiations. Mr. Hughes brings strong personal integrity and a blue-collar work ethic to the practice of law.
Mr. Hughes provides the client with knowledgeable, informed legal advice that places the client 's case in a position of power when dealing with insurance carriers. He provides clients who have been injured with representation that is compassionate, responsive and personalized to their specific situation and needs. He takes his clients' calls, promptly returns calls and emails and takes the time necessary to provide detailed answers regarding any aspect of their case.
Mr. Hughes graduated from Michigan State University in 1983 and from Nova Southeastern University Law School with High Honors in 1995. Prior to attending law school, Mr. Hughes was an All-lines insurance adjuster and worked extensively in claims management. Mr. Hughes has been a member of the Florida Bar since 1995. He is also admitted in the State of Michigan and the U.S. District Courts, South District of Florida. Mr. Hughes is also a member of the Palm Beach County Bar Association.
