I had Anita Oakes handle a personal injury case for me. I was involved in an automobile accident. She not only got policy limits on the guy who hit me, but she got policy limits on 2 other policies I did not even know existed. I got 4x what I expected to get. She is the best!!

Hired Law Firm

Brian and Phil Glades are great at what they do. However, Anita Oaks has ruined any chance at me having a fair settlement. I trusted her and she took advantage of the situation. She has ignored my calls, and when she does call back has no new information on the case. Its been 26 months now and I haven't seen a penny. She has gave me no reassurance, or sympathy. In fact she's made excuses on her behalf for "not feeling good". HORRIBLE ATTORNEY.

Hired Attorney Brian V. Glades

Brian Glades has been very unprofessional handling my case. He says he's my lawyer, but disappears when he has bigger clients, not returning phone calls or emails - leaving me hanging. I will soon be looking for a new attorney who is professional. The good reviews for him must be friends putting in a good word for him, and/or the clients paying the most money. If you're a regular Joe Schmoe, like I am, hiring this guy, good luck to you.

Met with the attorney, and thought we found the perfect representation. We were so impressed. When we left, we were told that they would be in touch with us. 6 weeks later, still no call. I have called and left several messages, but I haven't heard a thing. Professionally, I don't understand why she couldn't have told us that she couldn't represent us. She didn't need to put on an act like she cared and felt empathy for us. I wasted weeks that I could have been looking for another lawyer.

They take their time with your case, all of the staff is extremely rude. The attorneys never return your calls, they have absolutely no signs or anything to tell you where their building is. The attorneys are arrogant and think they are better than everyone else. If you want a quality attorney do yourself a favor and choose anyone besides this law firm

Hired Attorney Elizabeth Davis

She made up a POA for me and then did not notify the other party. She then said she was going to send a little to let the other party know they no longer had the POA and never did. She does not do what she says and then the day of court the attorney calls me and says we are going to lose for the reason of not having enough evidence. I will not recommend Elizabeth Davis to anyone!
