Brian Cichon went above and beyond for my case. He was very patient and answered all my questions, even when I asked them several times. Having worked with Tom Polacek, I would recommend the law firm of MacNamara, Phelan and McSteen. As one could expect Tom was knowledgeable and very good at laying out the challenges that were before me. He was also very kind and genuine as I expressed the grievance I had with my former employer. Careful not to get my hopes up, Tom encouraged me throughout the process. That encouragement helped me feel vindicated in bringing suit in the first place. Having been turned away by another attorney, I can honestly say I was satisfied with the outcome of my case..

I was referred to my lawyer from a friend, since then I had to use him twice, and have been extremely happy with him and the law office in general. Recently a fellow employee of mine needed help and I referred him to my lawyer, and just for an example how my lawyer worked in relation to advertised lawyer on TV a fellow worker of mine had same exact injuries as I and a month later then when I was injured, my settlement was done a YEAR AND A HALF !!! Before he settled.
