I contacted Mr. Oedze regarding neighbors who attacked me. The police wouldn't do anything, so I went and filed orders of protection on my own. I then called Mr. Oedze because one was denied. I wish I had done it the other way around. If I had, I probably would have gotten both. He was very knowledgeable. He spent an hour on the phone with me explaining the law and my rights. Even when I couldn't raise the money to retain him, he was helpful in my case. He even showed up in the court on the day of my case to make sure I was okay, saying he was in the building already. I haven't a doubt that he has the knowledge and fight that would have been needed to win my case if it had gone south. I was very impressed with his level of compassion for my troubles. He is a lawyer with heart, which you don't hear often. That along with his expertise is a powerful combination when you need someone on your side.
I've got to know John for more then 7 years now, used him on more than one case. The slight speech impairment, some might think would restrain him from effectively doing his job, is not an issue when it comes to defend you. I had applied for a Loan Modification & The Mortgage Company started forcosure proceedings before they finished processing the modification procedure. Mr. Renzi explained in detail how the process worked & with his help & advice the modification was approved & I was able to save our home & my mortgage payments were substantially reduced.
I have used John's services at other times too. He always does a wonderful job for me. On question number 4 I couldn't see where to enter my rating, which is 5.
