I had applied for a Loan Modification & The Mortgage Company started forcosure proceedings before they finished processing the modification procedure. Mr. Renzi explained in detail how the process worked & with his help & advice the modification was approved & I was able to save our home & my mortgage payments were substantially reduced.
I have used John's services at other times too. He always does a wonderful job for me. On question number 4 I couldn't see where to enter my rating, which is 5.
