Debra Potts was incredibly rude to myself my clients and my administrative staff!! The attorney was 30 minutes late and did our closing in shorts and a t-shirt. They lied about sending the payoff for the mortgage to the bank arguing with us that they did there job. Here is my theory!! We are the client don't argue with us especially if you are the one in the wrong!! You shouldn't ARGUE with your clients AT ALL!! Don't tell your clients that you do not have time for them. Dont LIE!! Smile at your clients even if you are busy!! I will NEVER use or recommend Scott Tolberts Law firm EVER again!! The most unprofessional experience ever!!
