They sat on my case while waiting for funds to treat my chronic condition. Paralegals were switched constantly. I was made empty promises every time I said I'd take my case elsewhere. They'd ignore me. Told me they agreed with the amount of money I wanted, but didn't even get me lost wages (or ask for the right amount... or any amount). They let the other side make the first and only offer and I was SOL. I've lost my entire life due to choosing this company. I became disabled from this!

I am current client. I really wish I had gone with a smaller firm that was interested in their clients. I originally had attentive and helpful case worker. She left abruptly and was replaced by "case worker" that could not care less or is just very overwhelmed. She definitely doesn't like me having questions. It takes her weeks to get files that I am able to get in 10 minutes. I forward her every file that she says she is waiting on and of course no reply. Terrible customer service!!

Hired Law Firm

Would never recommend this firm to ANYONE! Had an auto accident in 2010, and here it is two years later and we still have not settled. My case worker has changed 3 times, and I have to keep on them about my case. They will tell you they will take care of something, then a month later it STILL has not been taken care of. I felt like they did not put any effort towards my case. Calls not returned, and had to call every day for two weeks to get any kind of response.
