If you were injured at work or because of the negligence of another party, you need someone who will fight aggressively on your behalf at every stop of the process. At David & Associates, that means ensuring you receive the prompt medical treatment you need and a fair settlement.

Our lawyers have been handling personal injury cases in southeastern North Carolina for 100 years. During that time, we have built good working relationships with the other professionals in the area, as well as a strong reputation for ourselves.

For example, insurance adjusters in the area trust and respect us, and they know we fight to get fair settlements for our clients. This often allows us to resolve claims quickly and with very favorable results. When that doesn't happen, we have a full-time litigation team made up of attorneys who feel at home in the courtroom.

Mr. David and his team did a stellar job representing my needs with my insurance claim for personal injury. My attorney started out to be G Andrew Everhart. Mr Everhart is a great guy who knows the law and fight for your case. But his associate Lauren whiten is a nasty women to deal with. Her communication skills are very bad . Weeks went by and haven't heard nothing on the case in which treatment stopped four months ago . When I called no returns. When I did hear from her she was mad slammed.phine down and gave my case over to Mr David himself. The firm has turned into a feeling base and we will get to you when we want . I asked about med pay , I'm told you get that last now. That's not what I was told . Let's make this clear my phone records every conversation I have. So it's always on hand.. No Wilmington as a black man stay away from this firm .Your best interest isn't looked at her.
