Tyler J. Oldenburg’s practice is focused on litigation, including all aspects of business disputes, business torts, creditor’s rights and collection work, shareholder/partnership disputes, non-compete litigation, bankruptcy, real estate litigation, trade secret litigation, medical malpractice, premises liability, and products liability. Mr. Oldenburg also handles a variety of transactional matters, including real estate transactions, business organization, acquisitions and mergers, leases, employment agreements, and shareholder agreements.
Mr. Oldenburg is a past member of the Advisory Council for the Small Business Development Committee at the University of North Florida. He is also a current board member of Morning Star School in Jacksonville, Florida. Mr. Oldenburg is also a volunteer at The Players Championship at Sawgrass.
He is currently a member of the Florida Bar, the Jacksonville Bar Association, the Florida Defense Lawyers Association and the Jacksonville Association of Defense Counsel. Mr. Oldenburg is also an Associate in the Chester Bedell Inn of Court.
Mr. Oldenburg graduated from The Bolles School in Jacksonville. He received his B.A. in Economics from Emory University and his J.D. from the Walter F. George School of Law at Mercer University.
