Our firm provides help to clients who find themselves in trouble with law and small business owners to make smart decisions.

Our firm serves Duval, Nassau, and Clay counties, Jacksonville Beach and Atlantic Beach. Kate Mesic is an experienced trial attorney who brings aggressive and zealous representation to individuals and businesses in Northeast Florida.

We handle a variety of criminal defense cases, including DUI, Petty Theft, or Driving While License Suspended or Revoked, and other misdemeanor criminal offenses. If you are looking for a criminal defense lawyer who will handle you case from start to finish, call our office at (904) 619-2510. When the criminal case is resolved, we assist our clients with Sealing or Expunging of their criminal records, if they qualify.

Our traffic attorney also handles Traffic Tickets of all kinds. We can help restore your driver's license and deal with any suspensions that you may have. Law Offices of Kate Mesic was extremely helpful from the very first interaction with them. I promptly received a call from Kate; she listened to my “dilemma” and stated that she can definitely help. Victoria, who is her assistant, was polite and helpful; she kept me abreast of every step pertaining to my traffic violation case. I thought the entire process would take at least couple of weeks, but to my disbelief, it only took three days! As you can imagine, I was pleasantly surprised. Kate has been absolutely amazing and has been so understanding and empathetic with two separate cases I had. She responds quickly to all communication, specifically when I email her about concerns or problems that arise. She understands that there are more than 8 hours in a day and quickly responds to text messages and voicemails. She is very knowledgable, very competent, and she is outstanding at her job. She was recommended to me by another attorney and my husband and I are so glad she was willing to handle my two separate cases. I highly recommend Kate Mesic to anyone that has any possible criminal or potential DUI charges. My charges could have had a much worse outcome and I was terrified, but Kate was understanding and kind.
