Shafer Law, P.A. is a law firm established in 1989 with an office in Jacksonville, FL. At this office location, there are 3 lawyers practicing criminal law, dui/dwi, drug crimes and 61 other areas of law.
I was arrested for a DUI late during a weeknight and it was one of the most stressful experiences of my life. After I was released, I went for an initial consultation with Mr Shafer and immediately hired the firm. They did an amazing job of getting me the best outcome possible and patiently guiding me through the whole legal process. i will absolutely use them again if I have any more legal trouble.
I hired Zachary Shafer. He s excellent attorney. He saw the possible consequences of reasonable doubt but William Durban the worst attorney took over without my consents and send client to prison! He s no good even if he says he s experienced 28 years. Not appreciate William Durban. He didn’t try defend the client at all. William keeps think we bad guy and thinks we lied instead of defend us. We told whole truth but he choose not believe us. Very disappointed
One word. Lazy. You give them loads of money to end up with a man older than out president who doesn’t look into your case at all but will talk your ear off about his mother in law for 10 minutes. The rudest secretaries in existence. They answer the phone like you’re bothering them and hang up without saying good bye. All they will do for court is read off your bio which a blind monkey could do better at. Waste of time and money. A public defender would do better. When this post is someday removed I’ll repost because this law firm is a joke. A man framed for YEARS because they did no research and showed up to court like they were wearing pajamas. You’re better off representing yourself then going with this law firm. He won’t talk to you or your loved one in jail You have to HOUND him and you MIGHT get a call back.
He took my brother money and never talked to him directly nor did he showed up to court. Just his representatives, we should have known better. He's a CROOK. Karma is real, and with his background it's coming.
I paid Zach Shafer to represent someone in a drug possession case. I should have known that he was a substandard lawyer when he encouraged me to forge documentation that was supposed to be signed by the defendant. In the end, he basically just took my money and did absolutely nothing to aid in the case. If you're thinking about hiring him to defend you, I recommend taking your chances with a public defender.
