Hired Attorney

Not only did my attorney knowingly overcharge me, but he also mishandled key portions of the case. He misinformed me as to the process of default and the process of appealing a summary judgment ruling. He mishandled the process of requesting punitive damages in the case and did not file a motion in time to request punitive damages. Once the case was settled, Mr. Barber sought compensation for the contingency fees despite filing a motion to be removed as my attorney that same day.
