This attorney was by far the worst attorney I've ever encountered, Scott Hunter Malin has serious ethical problems with lying and trying to use the system for his own benefit. In a divorce proceeding he was getting paid his attorney fee's from the sale of a marital home he was litigating for his client against his x-wife, something an attorney cant do because it creates a conflict. In my opinion no one should trust this attorney to represent them. This guy is all about trying to get every penny from his clients, he operates from a virtual office, so if he skips town with your Deposit or money good luck finding him, I would avoid him at all cost.

Scott Hunter Malin is a Liar. He lied to the Florida Bar. Before retaining Hunter Malin request Florida Bar Complaints. He should be Disbarred for deliberately lying to the Florida Bar! Hunter and The Florida Bar covered for Hunter Malin and now the Florida Bar has explaining to do. They had absolute proof in the form of statements under oath, receipts, emails and text that Hunter deliberately lied to ACAP Investigators.
