He ducked my calls and even tried to avoid my visits by leaving his office within 5 minutes of me calling him to advise him I was coming to see him. Also telling his receptionist to tell me that he was not in when he really was ( I caught him there doing this. ). He also told me that as part of my resolution that if I had any problems with the insurance company in the future concerning my settlement that he would handle it. When I did, he refused to do anything. Do not trust him.
